Nano Calcium Carbonate for Adhesive and Sealants
Our nano CaCO3 KX-60 and KX-80 have characteristics of small particle size, uniform particle size distribution, large surface area, and low oil absorption. It is widely used in polyurethane epoxy and silicone adhesive production. KX-60 and KX-80 have the following advantages in adhesive and sealant production: high loading levels can reduce production cost and have reinforcement functions that can improve the mechanical property of adhesive, decrease its shrink rate and expansion coefficient, and increase the thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. After surface treatment, KX-60 and KX-80 get good impermissibility with adhesive due to its small particle size and large surface area. It can be used as a thixotropic agent to adjust the viscosity of the adhesive. Our nano calcium carbonate also can enhance the intensity and abrasion resistance of silicone sealant, reinforce the increment and heat resistance of hot melt adhesive.
